You want to learn playing the fascinating Japanese drum (Taiko)?

Japanese drumming is very demanding on both body and spirit. The ability to concentrate and the whole muscular system are trained. It is not only drumming, but also art, philosophy and sport.

Multipercussionist Masakazu Nishimine regularly teaches all age groups, pupils and adults, in his Dojo (Taiko school) and in workshops.

Besides the necessary techniques for beating the Taiko and the Japanese rhythmics, the focus of the classes is on teaching Taiko compositions. This requires regular appearance, because otherwise it might be difficult to keep up to date. If you are not sure about taking Taiko classes, you are invited to a trial lesson
